David is talented and committed to everything he does career and family-wise. He has a cool temperament and he is quiet and considered; nothing he does is unplanned. Victoria, like David, is dedicated to the family and although she has learnt to take more of a back seat, she is far more spontaneous and competitive. Their complimentary strengths come into play in the decision-making process; Victoria is not scared to take risks and together they seem to have done a good job so far.

Tom is Mr. Clean and his reputation means everything to him. Both in his public and personal life he likes to be a leader, which is why his partnership with Katie creates such a balance. Katie is happy to be a follower, but their core values remain the same and they are both dedicated to their family and friends. Both bring individual elements of strength to the relationship which will hopefully serve them well in the future.

Vernon is a 'proper bloke' - and not afraid to admit it! He is happy to fit into his gender stereotype, but is also totally committed to his career and getting up the ladder. Tess is his female equal - she is a blonde babe and happy to be so. Like Vernon, her career means everything to her, so they work in harmony as a couple and share a lot of respect for each other. The darlings of TV have got a young family, but their career appears to take pole position.
